Under the provisions of Section 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), the company is duly registered for VAT purposes. In accordance with this registration, the company is assigned the VAT identification number DE340728472, which is used for the proper administration and reporting of VAT-related transactions in Germany and within the European Union.
4. Liability Insurance
The company maintains insurance coverage with Allianz Deutschland AG, a reputable insurer based at Königinstraße 28, D-80802 Munich. This insurance policy provides comprehensive coverage within the territorial limits of Germany, ensuring that the company is adequately protected in accordance with relevant legal requirements and regulations governing insurance obligations under German law.

Responsible for the content in accordance with Section 55, Paragraph 2 of the Interstate Broadcasting Treaty: NEXGAP GmbH, located at Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6, D-60313 Frankfurt am Main. The company assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with the legal requirements related to content publication under the applicable provisions of German broadcasting law.
6. EU Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with our obligations under § 36 VSBG, we point out that the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be used as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales or service contracts. However, NEXGAP and its subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland do not participate in voluntary consumer dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board as defined in § 2 VSBG.
